Do I need technical expertise to use NOVA WiFi?
Basic MikroTik knowledge is recommended. We provide setup guides and scripts to automate the configuration. Support team assists with router connectivity.
How do payments reach my account?
Customers pay to YOUR M-PESA Paybill/Till number. NOVA WiFi receives payment confirmation via webhook and activates access. You control your money directly.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can configure a custom domain (e.g., billing.yourisp.com) to point to your NOVA WiFi platform. SSL certificates are auto-provisioned.
What MikroTik models are supported?
All RouterOS versions with API access (v6.x and v7.x). Works with hAP, CCR, RB series, and all other MikroTik hardware.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. No contract. Pay KES 500 monthly, cancel anytime. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Can I manage multiple ISP businesses?
Each platform is independent with its own subdomain, MikroTik routers, and payment accounts. Create multiple platforms for separate operations.
